Serenity on Spruce in Ephraim

Our Ephraim property offers versatile accommodations with a Main House featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, along with a Duplex consisting of two studio apartments, allowing up to 10 guests to stay comfortably. Nestled in a beautiful, spacious yard, this rental is within walking distance to the Bay and the picturesque village. Enjoy the flexibility and space of this charming Door County setting, perfect for larger groups and families.

  • Our properties come equipped with a range of amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, and more. You’ll receive a welcome book a week before your stay with all of our amenities listed.

  • Sadly, while we love our furry friends, due to a severe family allergy, we’re unable to accommodate pets.

  • We are not able to accommodate parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties or weddings of any size at our rentals. It’s our desire to be good neighbors and adhere to a good neighbor policy which includes strict quiet hours and no additional people on the property who are not on the reservation.

  • You may arrive anytime after 4pm. Check-out is a prompt 10am. Our little cleaning crew has a lot to do before the next guests arrive and your timely departure is appreciated. During the busy season, we’re unable to accommodate any early check-ins or late check-outs.

  • There are smart TV’s in both properties. Cable and network channel broadcasts are available in Serenity on Spruce but not at Ridges Retreat. However, wifi is available in all cabins.
